Our Story
Zam Zam Catering Service was founded by Zubair Abdul Salam, a professional chef since 1996. Zubair honed his craft over years in Dubai’s hotel industry, working in five-star kitchens and mastering large-scale, high-standard food preparation.
Driven by a desire to bring that same level of quality back home, he returned to Payyanur and founded Zam Zam Catering Service in 2010. What started as a local catering outfit has since grown into one of the trusted names for events across Kannur and Kasaragod districts — built on the same discipline and hospitality standards learned in Dubai’s hotel industry.
